Chase Mobile App

Many Chase customers were unaware of how much they could do with the Chase Mobile® app, and that so many benefits were right in their hands.
To bring awareness to the app’s full breadth of services, we created a 360 campaign that spoke to the many features through short, relatable vignette stories.

 


Visual Design System

Working under the idea of “Do more with the Chase Mobile® app”, we developed a design system that had the flexibility to span a creative ecosystem of assets. This included simplifying the app screens and creating pieces that highlighted specific features.


Online Videos

We brought the app features to life through 15 different stylized vignettes,
and used a modular approach that allowed for bundling vignettes together into multiple configurations.


Social

We created a variety of vibrant, social assets that popped out in feed, driving customers to Chase.com.


Out of Home

The campaign also stretched into OOH with placements throughout NYC.
